What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For international maritime shipping, our standard MOQ is 1x20ft or 1x40ft refrigerated container (reefer). This ensures that the cold chain is strictly maintained at -18°C throughout the entire transit to preserve product quality.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we can provide free product samples for quality evaluation. However, due to the nature of frozen poultry requiring specialized cold-chain express shipping, the courier/freight charges must be covered by the buyer.
What quality certifications do your poultry products hold?
Our processing facilities strictly adhere to international food safety management systems. We are fully certified with HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HALAL certifications, ensuring full compliance with import standards globally.
What is the typical lead time for an order?
Generally, it takes 15 to 20 days for production, custom packaging, and quality inspection after receipt of the deposit. Shipping transit time varies depending on the destination port.
What are your accepted payment terms?
We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance paid against the scan of the Bill of Lading (B/L)
